These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the g0123 platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on g0123, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before using the platform.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the g0123 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. g0123 does not permit Players from Prohibited Territories to register or use the Platform. Access from a Prohibited Territory — even via a VPN or proxy — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in any game or promotion on the g0123 Platform:
3.4 KYC Verification. g0123 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
4.1 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the g0123 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. g0123 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting g0123 customer support. All pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 6 prior to Account closure. 5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. g0123 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
5.2 You agree to notify g0123 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. g0123 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or to promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
5.3 g0123 reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where it suspects unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of security, pending investigation. During any such investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.
g0123 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the Deposits page within your Account.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. g0123 reserves the right to return deposits and request re-submission from verified personal accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by g0123 are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. g0123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting RNG patterns, using automated systems, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
7.4 g0123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are personal to the Player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the g0123 Platform is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing real-money wagers.

Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. g0123's decision on game outcome disputes, made after review of server-side game logs, is final and binding.

11.2 Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11.3 Any unauthorized use of g0123's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights under Philippine law.
12.1 The g0123 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g0123 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
12.2 g0123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: connectivity failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processing delays, or losses sustained as a result of gaming activity.
12.3 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose money wagered on games offered by g0123, and that g0123 is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain as a result of your voluntary gaming decisions.
12.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits g0123's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
13.1 g0123's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 You consent to g0123 processing your personal data as necessary for: Account administration, identity verification and KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and AMLC, and the provision of customer support.
13.3 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by g0123, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact our support team for data requests.
14.1 g0123 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting of the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Effective Date." For material amendments, g0123 will provide advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or in-Platform notification.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, relevant e-commerce legislation, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and PAGCOR's licensing regulations.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the Player and g0123. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.3 Players may also file complaints with PAGCOR regarding the conduct of licensed online gaming operators. g0123 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and inquiries.
